The Senior Management Team plays an important role in translating the vision and strategic priorities of CWS into effective programmes and initiatives. Through collaborative leadership, professional expertise and a strong commitment to communities, the team supports CWS in achieving meaningful and sustainable impact.
Monimoy Sinha has over 28+ years of experience in poverty alleviation and social inclusion. He has led transformative programs in natural resource management, food security, and gender equity. A pioneer of watershed development and integrated farming initiatives, he champions participatory approaches and policy advocacy. He has represented key issues at global forums, including the UN ECOSOC, and collaborated with international networks. Since 2020, he has served as Executive Director of the Centre for World Solidarity.

Ram Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and brings over 26+ years of experience in program development and implementation. With 4 years at the Centre for World Solidarity, he has been driving impactful initiatives in sustainable agriculture, food security, and rural development, leveraging his academic expertise and extensive professional background.
With over 26+ years at the Centre for World Solidarity, Rajesh Kumar Jha has been instrumental in planning, monitoring, and evaluating impactful programs. Since becoming Director in July 2020, he has successfully managed donor and partner relationships, ensuring the organization's initiatives are both effective and sustainable.
N. Rajendra Prasad holds an M.Com degree and has over 22+ years of experience in financial management and administration. With more than 9 years at the Centre for World Solidarity, he oversees finance and operations, ensuring efficient resource management and organizational effectiveness.
